I had a big bag of broccoli florets, some bacon, chicken broth, and potatoes. Without a clear plan, I decided to chuck them all in the Instant Pot and hope for the best. When the pot beeped a mere five minutes later, I blended everything together, added some heavy cream and cheese, and topped it with more cheese, crispy bacon, and chives. Done!
