This is so good, easy to make, and did I mention it’s so good! I’d happily eat it every Take-in Thursday if I had the chance. If you like Asian food and are often looking for quick and easy weeknight meals, then you should take a trip to your nearest Asian market, even regular supermarkets stock these ingredients, and pick yourself up some essential stir fry items – oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine (dry sherry is a trusty replacement), sesame oil, and Sriracha – and you’ll be good to go for this meal and many, many, many more stir fry meals to come.
